One-page project brief

  1. Problem: What did people say needs to improve? Write one sentence.
  2. Outcome: What will be different when you finish? Give a date and a visible result.
  3. Permission: Which teacher, parent, carer or organiser needs to agree first?
  4. Team: Who is doing each task, and when will you check in?
  5. Resources: What materials, space, time and budget are available?
  6. Safety: What could go wrong? Ask an adult about supervision, privacy and any required approvals.
  7. Review: What happened? Ask two participants for feedback and write down one change for next time.

Example: a book swap

A teacher approves a lunchtime swap. Three students collect books, explain which items are suitable and set up a supervised exchange table. The team counts donated and exchanged books, then asks participants what would make another event better. This is a sample plan, not a report of a real event.
