Early career
Wikramanayake joined Macquarie in 1987. The company’s biography records work in several countries and her role establishing advisory operations and infrastructure investment businesses across international markets.
Asset management
Before leading the wider group, she headed Macquarie Asset Management for about a decade. That division’s work includes managing investments in infrastructure and other asset classes.
